5. Content & Conduct

You retain responsibility for all content you post, including work attachments, comments, and profile information. Content that violates laws or platform policies may be removed.

6. Reputation and Outcomes

Circlemont reputation metrics are directional indicators, not guarantees of employment, compensation, or business outcomes.

7. Enforcement

Circlemont may investigate suspected abuse and take enforcement actions, including warnings, temporary restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans.
